remote desktop speed help

i downloaded this source from planet source for testing purpos and making this work for my office i need help making the speed more smooth and as the remote desktop user does something client image shud update quick please help






this is the default setting please tell me what that needs doing to make it smooth

because once connected it takes 4 seconds to update image
