textbox problem

i have 4 text boxes.

two are auto filled and 2 u have to fill in urself.

what im trying to do is if the 2 u have to fill in urself are blank it takes they auto filled one( thats working) but need to do if i fill in the 2 text boxes that i manually fill in that that info is entered into the table instead
